Hotelston becomes Hotelston Group
Dear Partner,
Thanks to you, Hotelston has been growing for the past 10 years. We have been evolving in different aspects of the Travel industry and we have a goal to lead it on the road ahead. Aiming to compete in the broader markets and to grow even faster Hotelston becomes Hotelston Group and changes its corporate structure. The change results in Hotelston UAB remaining one of the Hotelston Group companies and a new company Hotelston SL, based in Spain, will take care of the travel service reservation business.
Hotelston UAB in Lithuania is going to continue its work providing customer support as well as IT support and development services to Hotelston SL customers, but it will stop making new sales of Hotelston Products and Services by the end of January 2020. All the bookings made prior that date are going to be fulfilled and fully accounted for.
Hotelston SL in Spain has launched the commercial activity of travel service reservation on the 23rd of December 2019 and it is now running the Hotelston Reservation System. Any sales after January 2020 will only be possible through Hotelston SL.
What does that mean to you?
In order to continue our collaboration after Hotelston UAB changes its business profile and stops making new travel service sales, we need to get you a contract with Hotelston SL. We will do our best to make it as seamless as possible, but there will be a few actions we will ask you to do, including updating your company details and signing a new agreement. We will communicate them to you over the coming weeks.
Although Hotelston’s corporate structure is changing, our vision, our principles and our mission remains the same. We appreciate your business, and we want to thank you for your patience.
